A growing hospitality company specializing in Food & Beverage operations within hotels is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Operations to lead General Managers, drive multi-unit performance, and support continued growth.

Salary + Benefits

• Competitive salary, $135K-$150K, depending on experience

Role + Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across multiple hotel F&B operations

• Oversee multi-unit P&L performance, budgeting, labor, food costs, and revenue growth

• Drive consistent execution of operational, service, quality, and food safety standards

• Partner with Culinary, Marketing, and HR teams on initiatives, training, and business strategy

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address high-level operational challenges

• Translate company goals into consistent, effective execution across all properties

• Support operational strategy and infrastructure as the company continues to grow

Requirements + Qualifications

• 10+ years of restaurant management experience, including 5 years in multi-unit leadership

• Strong P&L and financial management skills

• Experience overseeing multiple F&B operations, preferably within hotels or hospitality

• Proven ability to lead and develop General Managers

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
