A high-volume, full-service restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations and develop a strong, engaged team. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable moving between the dining room, bar, and kitchen while maintaining high standards for hospitality, food quality, and operational execution. The ideal candidate takes ownership of the business, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of FOH restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Experience in developing and coaching the team
- Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members
- Strong understanding of scheduling, labor, food safety, cost controls, and restaurant operations
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in casual dining, sports bar, or other high-volume restaurant concepts
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence and ability to support the kitchen when needed
- Track record of improving guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational consistency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with an ownership and accountability mindset
