Meetings & Events Project Coordinator, Key Accounts

100% Remote (EST)

We're hiring an organized, detail-driven meetings & events pro to support a major pharma/healthcare client — planning and executing national meetings, training programs, product launches, and incentive travel. This role is fully remote, no office days required.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate event logistics with PMs, vendors, and travel specialists
• Manage registration platforms (Cvent a plus) and attendee data/reporting
• Handle rooming lists and hotel coordination
• Support air travel logistics and approvals

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of meetings/events experience
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliation)
• Comfort in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment
• Flexibility for occasional weekends/after-hours
• Willingness to travel domestically & internationally
