A leading law firm is seeking a junior attorney to join a sophisticated litigation practice in Nashville. This opportunity is particularly well suited for a current or recent judicial law clerk or an early-career attorney with strong litigation, research, and writing credentials.

The attorney will work alongside experienced litigators on complex business and project-related disputes, with opportunities to develop substantive case responsibility and direct involvement throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years with a strong litigation foundation or clerkship experience
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to manage competing assignments and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in developing a sophisticated commercial litigation practice
  • Appropriate Bar admission or ability to obtain admission in the applicable jurisdiction

Experience with or exposure to construction litigation is beneficial.

Current judicial clerks and attorneys recently completing clerkship are strongly encouraged to apply.
