We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Corporate Tax to join a well-established Casino/Gaming company in Vegas!
The position requires residency or relocation to Las Vegas, NV
Vice President of Corporate Tax Benefits:
- Lucrative bonus – Total OTE is $225K – $275K
- Health, dental, vision

Vice President of Corporate Tax Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Master’s degree in Taxation (MST) or MBA preferred
- CPA highly preferred
- 6+ years in a titled VP or executive finance role
- Prefer experience from the Big Four companies (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Ernst & Young) or RSM US, BDO USA, or Forvis Mazars
- Open to big box casino backgrounds also
- M&A experience, analyzing the financial and tax impacts of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings
- Deep expertise in U.S. federal and multi-state tax regulations, transfer pricing, and compliance
- Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 740, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle, and corporate tax platforms like OneSource or Corptax
