Great company seeking two Restaurant General Managers to lead a full-service resort restaurants. If you are a driven, experienced general manager with an ownership mentality, we want to talk to you!
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee, train, and develop all staff.
- Ability to manage two restaurants simultaneously
- Leadership mentality with the ability to motivate and build a strong team
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivate return business
- Maintain store budget and meet annual sales goals set forth by ownership
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as a General Manager
- 8-10 years in the F&B industry overall
- Ownership mentality
- New restaurant opening experience a plus
Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
- Strong Base Salary $91,000 – $115,000
- Up to 10%
