You’ll oversee the entire operation—from front desk and housekeeping to maintenance, food and beverage, sales, and financial performance. If you’re a visible, engaged leader who leads from the floor instead of the office, this could be an excellent fit.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Three weeks of paid time off
  • Employee discounts on hotel stays
  • Supportive company culture
  • Strong emphasis on work-life balance
  • Opportunity to lead an award-winning property

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop department leaders and team members
  • Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable for performance
  • Maintain high standards for guest service, cleanliness, and property appearance
  • Manage budgets, labor costs, revenue, and overall profitability
  • Participate in sales strategy, yield management, and revenue-growth initiatives
  • Partner with the sales team to attract group business and extended-stay guests
  • Conduct property inspections, audits, and operational evaluations
  • Resolve guest and employee concerns calmly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with safety, HR, brand, and operational standards
  • Step in wherever needed to keep the property running smoothly

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of hotel leadership experience; AGM or GM experience preferred
  • Experience leading teams across multiple hotel departments
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, labor control, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics
  • Working knowledge of hotel management systems and reporting tools
  • Confident, approachable leadership style
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check

Ready to take ownership of a successful property and make an immediate impact? Apply today.
