What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Candidates with experience managing operations for upscale or fine dining establishments, with a preference for those handling $7 million+ revenue streams
- Hospitality Driven: You have a natural hospitality gene, love working with people, and always prioritize guest experience
- Leadership & Energy: We're seeking someone who can bring high energy, move quickly on their feet, and effectively lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team Player: Someone who works well with others, promotes a collaborative team culture, and leads by example
- Culinary Passion: A strong appreciation and understanding of culinary excellence is a must!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume concept
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure all aspects of service and culinary operations align with brand standards
- Drive financial performance and maintain profitability
- Promote a positive and vibrant workplace, ensuring staff engagement and retention
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in upscale dining or fine dining management roles
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale operations with $7 million+ in revenue
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage high-energy teams
- A deep passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to excellence in hospitality
