We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a busy restaurant and deli offering full-service dining, carryout and catering.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong ownership mentality and experience managing a restaurant generating $1.5M+ in annual revenue. This person will be responsible for operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and building a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant, deli, carryout, and catering operations
- Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability
- Oversee catering orders and execution
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Maintain high standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Drive sales and operational improvements
- Lead by example and create a positive, accountable team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Experience managing $1.5M+ annual revenue
- Full-service restaurant experience required
- Catering experience required
- Strong P&L and financial management skills
- Proven team-building and employee development experience
- Hands-on leadership style with strong business acumen
- Beer/alcohol service experience preferred
