Revenue Operations Engineer, HubSpot

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite, 5 days/week) Compensation: Up to $120,000, commensurate with experience Employment Type: Full-Time

About Our Client

Our client is a South Florida-based manufacturer and global leader in custom and branded apparel decorations, serving uniform, sportswear, and workwear brands worldwide. With decades of history and a large-scale production footprint, the company is investing heavily in its revenue operations infrastructure to support continued growth.

About the Role

Our client is hiring a Revenue Operations Engineer to become the primary internal owner of their HubSpot platform. In this role you will build and operate the systems that keep customer and revenue data accurate, reliable, and trusted across the organization. The vast majority of the company's revenue comes from its existing customer base, which makes clean, well-governed CRM data a genuine revenue driver, not a back-office function.

You'll take primary ownership of the HubSpot platform following the completion of an external data cleanup project, stepping into a newly defined role built specifically to avoid the scope creep and ambiguity that limited a similar seat in the past.

What You'll Own

  • HubSpot platform engineering — Data model, properties, pipelines, workflows, permission sets, and portal governance, with disciplined change control on every structural update.
  • Data quality execution — Deduplication, ownership assignment, and resolution of an active data-quality backlog.
  • Risk/opportunity detection systems — The scoring logic, status automation, and data feeds behind an internal account health and risk-detection reporting system used by the sales organization.
  • Reporting infrastructure — The datasets and connectors behind company-wide performance dashboards, built so your output is independently verifiable by others.
  • Runbooks and system continuity — Documented, backed-up processes for every critical system you operate, eliminating single points of failure.

What You Won't Own

  • Revenue strategy, KPI design, or target-setting (owned by the executive team)
  • Sales execution, quota, territory, or customer relationships
  • Demand generation, paid media, SEO, or brand/creative
  • ERP/iPaaS integration build and maintenance (owned by a dedicated internal team member)
  • Vendor commercial decisions

What You'll Need

  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience, including complex data models, workflow architecture, permissioning, and portal governance
  • HubSpot certifications, particularly Sales Hub and Reporting
  • 5+ years of relevant, comparable experience
  • A track record of building structure and process in an undefined or evolving environment
  • Comfort with rigorous change-control discipline and having your work independently verified
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Why This Role

This is a highly visible, newly restructured role with a clear mandate, a defined scoreboard from day one, and a direct path to influence how a growing company manages its most important revenue data. You'll operate with real autonomy and ownership, backed by leadership that has explicitly committed to change-control discipline at every level, including their own.
