A privately owned luxury condominium garage seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee garage

operations, personnel management, owner and renter relations, financial administration, facility

maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day garage operations.

• Manage valet services, vehicle elevators, and parking systems.

• Hire, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate approximately 10 employees.

• Maintain personnel records and coordinate payroll processing.

• Provide exceptional service to owners and authorized renters.

• Receive and record payments from owners and renters.

• Process receipts, deposits, banking transactions, and financial records.

• Prepare invoices and supporting documentation for review and payment by the condominium

accountant.

• Coordinate with the accountant regarding accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, and

budgeting.

• Prepare reports for the Board of Trustees.

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and capital projects. Mechanically-inclined a strong plus.

• Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers.

• Coordinate government, fire, elevator, safety, and insurance inspections.

• Promote employee, owner, renter, and property safety.

• Attend Board meetings and provide operational and financial reports.

Preferred Backgrounds

Luxury residential condominium management, hospitality, hotel operations, private parking or valet

operations, transportation, facilities management, military service, law enforcement, fire service, or

public safety administration. Former police officers, firefighters, and military personnel with

significant management experience are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Occasional weekend attendance required. Must be

available for emergency contact and response when circumstances require.
