Hospitality / Restaurant Manager – Buffalo, NY

Hospitality Manager Benefits & Compensation

Hospitality Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or live events management
  • Proven ability to lead, schedule, train, and motivate staff teams
  • Comfortable managing variable weekly schedules and late changes
  • Working knowledge of Toast POS for payroll, scheduling, and operations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and adapt in a changing environment

Hospitality Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience running both restaurant and event operations
  • A passion for music and engaging with a diverse clientele
  • Familiarity coordinating with marketing and production teams
  • Positive, motivated, self-starter attitude eager to take on new challenges

Hospitality Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house, bar, and food operations for shows and private events
  • Hire, schedule, train, and supervise a team including managers, shift leads, and staff
  • Respond to guest feedback via multiple channels; champion an outstanding guest experience
  • Control costs and manage inventory, labor, and compliance with venue standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, music, and marketing teams to execute seamless events
  • Implement systems and procedures to improve service, efficiency, and team performance
  • Lead weekly reporting to ownership; contribute to the venue’s continued growth
