RBT Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- RBT Certification
- Experience: 1 year ABA and/or Special Needs (preferred)
- Reliable transportation, ability to transport, and commute to various locations
- Tenacity with a heart for helping others and an understanding demeanor
RBT Responsibilities:
- Commitment and consistent attendance; students rely on you
- Deliver behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Accurately record client progress data
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Collaborate by working closely with BCBA, parents, and support staff
- Continuous learning by attending regular training to stay updated on best practices
