Finance Manager — The Americas – Tucson, AZ

Finance Manager Benefits & Compensation
- $120K–$150K base salary, depending on experience

Finance Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with senior finance responsibilities
- Advanced knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing finance
- Strong experience preparing monthly financial statements and managing close processes
- Experience with US GAAP and compliance
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Xero, MS Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous work in a manufacturing environment -preferably steel
- Ability to work independently across international time zones and manage priorities
Finance Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, mining, or mining services
- Experience with multi-entity or multinational organizations and ERP implementation
- Familiarity with foreign currency accounting, intercompany transactions, and external audits
- Strong communication and business partnering abilities
- Spanish language skills and advantage
Finance Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations for the US entity, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP
- Manage all aspects of cost accounting, inventory management, and project/job accounting
- Oversee cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships
- Analyze and monitor manufacturing variances, profitability, and operational performance
- Partner with US and international teams—including manufacturing and operations—to drive performance improvements and support business decision-making
- Coordinate annual audits, support tax compliance, and maintain a strong internal control environment
- Contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives, and scalable finance solutions for ongoing global growth
