A growing, high-volume QSR organization is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead 5–7 locations. This role focuses on team development, operational excellence, sales growth, profitability, and building a strong leadership culture.
District Manager Responsibilities
- Lead 5–7 restaurant locations.
- Coach and develop General Managers.
- Drive sales and profitability.
- Ensure operational and brand standards.
- Build a strong team culture.
District Manager Requirements
- Degree or 5+ years of operations experience.
- Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
- Strong coaching and people-development skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
