Regional Sales Director – Extended Stay Hotel Sector
Join a rapidly expanding and innovative hospitality group specializing in the extended-stay hotel sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company’s growth by driving sales, developing new business, and making a direct impact on the organization’s success.
Regional Sales Director Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary up to $85,000 plus a 20% performance bonus

Regional Sales Director Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in corporate, relocation, government, military, sports, construction, or medical sectors
- 5+ years in extended-stay hotel sales or management strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of hotel operations, services, and amenities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 80% (with regular travel in Michigan markets)
- Hospitality background required
Regional Sales Director Preferred Background & Skills
- Prior success building and maintaining relationships with key business segments
- Experience supporting or leading sales teams across multiple properties or markets
Regional Sales Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals in assigned markets
- Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing plans in collaboration with General Managers
- Research and identify new market opportunities for business growth
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer segments and partners
- Serve as a brand ambassador to ensure consistent service delivery and messaging
