We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Revenue Manager to support a luxury resort's group business strategy and drive revenue growth, profitability, occupancy, and inventory optimization in the Las Vegas, NV market. This position will focus heavily on group pricing, displacement analysis, forecasting, inventory management, and maximizing the value of group opportunities while partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, and Hotel Operations.

Group Revenue Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute group pricing and revenue strategies based on demand, occupancy, booking pace, and market conditions
  • Evaluate group opportunities and recommend rates, concessions, room blocks, and inventory allocation
  • Conduct displacement analysis to determine the profitability of accepting group business versus transient demand
  • Partner closely with Group Sales to strategically price and position group opportunities
  • Monitor group pickup, wash, pace, room blocks, ADR, occupancy, and overall revenue performance
  • Manage group inventory and recommend restrictions, releases, and adjustments based on demand
  • Analyze market conditions, citywide events, conventions, compression periods, and competitive activity

Group Revenue Manager Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of hotel revenue management, group strategy, or sales strategy experience
  • Strong experience with group pricing, displacement analysis, forecasting, and inventory management
  • Large hotel, luxury resort, convention property, or complex hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, financial, and Excel/data-analysis skills
  • Strong understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pace, pickup, demand, and profitability
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent revenue management experience may substitute for a degree
