Director of Finance (Healthcare Operations & FP&A)

Nashville, TN | Hybrid

A rapidly growing multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a strategic Director of Finance to partner with executive leadership in driving financial performance, operational strategy, and business decision support.

This is not a traditional accounting leadership position. Rather than focusing on financial reporting or month-end close, you'll serve as a trusted business partner, translating financial data into actionable insights that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial analysis and business decision support.
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning models.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and financial reporting tools.
• Analyze operational performance, financial trends, and key performance indicators to support business strategy.
• Manage physician compensation models and quarterly incentive calculations.
• Deliver financial insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, HR, and corporate finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and financial processes.
• Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with increasing responsibility.
• Healthcare finance experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development and business analytics.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic financial decision making.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working in multi-site organizations is a plus.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000 to $170,000
• Annual bonus opportunity of 10% to 15%
