A leading hospitality group is seeking an energetic and guest-focused individual to oversee restaurant operations at a local golf club. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, shape the dining experience for members and guests, and take part in memorable banquets and special events in a welcoming atmosphere.

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of food and beverage management experience, ideally in a golf club, resort, or hotel environment
- Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM)
- Arizona Title 4 Management Alcohol Training certification
- Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years of age
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
- Regular availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, indoor/outdoor work)
Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and support staff, providing training and regular performance feedback
- Develop and enforce operating procedures and quality standards across all venues, including special events and banquet functions
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to optimize efficiency and minimize loss
- Address guest or member concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate staffing schedules for optimal coverage and service delivery
