Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements and Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or leadership experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
- Passion for hospitality, guest service, and creating memorable dining experiences
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence
- Ability to drive daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards for service and execution
- Build a positive, energetic workplace culture where team members enjoy coming to work
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Lead by example while holding the team accountable to restaurant standards
