  • Build and maintain project schedules while coordinating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work to ensure accurate execution

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, daily reports, meeting minutes, as-builts, and pay applications
  • Identify project risks and proactively resolve field and scheduling issues
  • Ensure quality control procedures are followed and work meets project specifications and industry standards
  • Promote and enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA compliance

    • Epoxy injection and crack repair systems
    • Cementitious repair mortars and patching systems
    • Protective coatings and sealers
    • Waterproofing and traffic coating systems
    • Joint sealants and expansion joint systems
  • Experience managing subcontractors, field crews, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, specifications, and change management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent education and hands-on project experience will be considered

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are a hands-on project leader who can move comfortably between the jobsite, project office, and client meeting. You know how to anticipate problems before they become costly issues, keep projects moving, and hold teams accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.

WHY JOIN?

  • Highly competitive compensation package
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Company vehicle allowance, if applicable
  • Career development and industry training
  • Advancement opportunities
  • Opportunity to lead challenging, high-profile restoration projects
