Upscale Restaurant Manager Requirements:
3-4 years as a Manager in an upscale concept and familiar with chef-driven concepts
Candidate should have fundamental wine knowledge
High familiarity with OpenTable
Candidates must have a good tenure
Upscale Restaurant Manager Salary/Benefits:
Pay range is up to $65K base plus bonus ($10K potential)
