A South Florida company is seeking an accomplished phone-based Sales Manager with a strong background in consultative, consumer-focused sales. This individual will be responsible for leading and developing a sales team, driving revenue growth, and creating a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate is a proven team builder and mentor who knows how to motivate others while contributing to a positive, results-driven company culture.

Sales Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be dependable and willing to work 50 hour/week on site with weekend availability
- Must have experience leading a Sales team of at least 10 individuals at an on-site Call Center
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- College Degree preferred
- Must have 3-5 years of previous managerial experience in Sales
- Cold Calling skills are a must. Must have experience working Sales job
