General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Management and sales experience, ideally in a wellness setting with a membership-based business
• Massage therapist license
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and support teams
• Skilled at building positive relationships with employees and guests
• Comfortable handling sensitive discussions in a constructive, professional manner
• Ability to foster a workplace where all team members feel valued and connected

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience in the massage industry is required
• Massage therapist license

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations, including membership sales, retail promotions, deposit management, inventory, and compliance
• Set and pursue business goals by prioritizing initiatives and monitoring results
• Quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns, maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment
• Empower team members with clear expectations, ongoing training, and regular performance reviews
• Build strong relationships and instill confidence among employees, members, and guests
