Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in the QSR restaurant industry, preferably with McDonald's
- Previous experience using restaurant POS and programs associated with COGS and Labor control
- Back-office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of cost controls, labor targets, profit margins, and other controllable line items
