We are looking for a high-performing Floor Manager for our Manhattan location. This role will need to understand the importance of exceeding guest expectations and have a passion for developing the team.

Floor Manager Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- $5M+ sales experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self motivated
- 2+ years of experience as an AGM
Floor Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee FOH
- Educate FOH personnel in product knowledge and service best practices
- Conduct accurate weekly beverage inventory
- Be visible and create a hospitable environment for guests
- Hold staff accountable for high service standards
