General Manager
We are currently seeking a dynamic General Manager to join our family-run restaurant team. We've been delighting the people of Birmingham with our scratch-made food for decades. General Manager Requirements & Qualifications :
- Ensure an outstanding experience for guests.
- Attain budgeted sales, labor, food costs, and profitability metrics.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail.
- Care for the restaurant as if it were your own.
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager.
- Solid understanding of P&L, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of Food Safety standards.
- Hands-on leadership approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
