We are looking for the next great leader for a wonderful, boutique, Oceanside property that is focused on providing amazing experiences for guests! This is a great experience for a seasoned General Manager or an ambitious hospitality leader looking to advance in their career!

Boutique Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a GM, Director of Operations, or Front Office Manager for a boutique hotel
  • 5 years of steady career progression with one or two companies- tenures are important!
  • Positive and personable, truly hospitable personality
  • Experience with New England resorts, seasonal fluctuation
  • Teacher, mentor, and developer of team members

Boutique Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest quality of guest experiences
  • Lead the team by example, be active on the floor and in operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop a professional and inspired team
  • Maximize ADR and yield during peak season
  • Deliver financial results to the home office

Boutique Hotel General Manager Benefits:
