We are seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager to join a well-established Resort company, in the beautiful state of Iowa!
The position requires residency within 60 minutes of Dubuque IA.

Group Sales Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in hotels / resorts or event venues
- Experience managing sales for banquets, catering, and/or private events
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and closing capabilities
- Excellent communication and business etiquette
- Detail-oriented, organization and time management skills
