We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing Marketing and Events Sales Coordinator to help grow group business for a high-energy family entertainment venue. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales, events, or marketing. You’ll have a Senior Coordinator available for mentorship and support while working with the sales and marketing leadership team to bring more groups, parties, schools, teams, and businesses through the doors.

What You’ll Do

• Make calls, send emails, and connect with schools, churches, PTAs, sports teams, businesses, and local organizations.
• Follow up on leads and help book birthdays, field trips, Spirit Nights, and group events.
• Get out in the community! Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and local functions to build relationships and generate leads.
• Help execute local promotions, special events, and in-park activations.
• Keep flyers and signage fresh and looking great.
• Create fun, on-brand TikTok content.
• Track your activity and leads and participate in weekly team check-ins.
• Pass larger opportunities to the sales leadership team for closing.

What You Bring

• You’re outgoing, organized, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
• You enjoy meeting people and building relationships.
• You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• Sales, marketing, events, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Social media experience is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual required- Spanish or Portuguese
