Senior Builder | Luxury & Custom Homes

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 Total Compensation Package

Build Exceptional Homes. Own the Build From the Ground Up.

We’re conducting a confidential search for an accomplished luxury residential construction professional to join an established, family-owned custom home builder known for exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail.

This opportunity is being advertised in the Atlanta market, but the position itself is located in a highly desirable community that is not a practical daily commute from Atlanta. This opportunity requires relocation and offers the chance to live and work in one of the region’s most desirable areas.

We're looking for someone who knows how to take a complex custom home from the ground up through final delivery — owning the construction process, job site, schedule, subcontractors, quality, and client experience.

You may currently be a Senior Builder, Custom Home Builder, Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Executive, General Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent. The title matters less than your ability to successfully lead sophisticated, high-end residential construction.

This is not production homebuilding, and we're not looking for someone to run the overall business. We're looking for an experienced construction leader who can own the build from start to finish.

What You'll Own

• Lead luxury custom homes from site development, foundation, and framing through mechanicals, high-end finishes, punch, and final delivery.
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and daily field execution.
• Maintain exceptional standards for craftsmanship, quality control, and job-site organization.
• Serve as a key point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners.
• Anticipate construction challenges and solve problems before they affect the project.
• Lead field personnel and hold subcontractors accountable for quality, schedule, and execution.
• Help strengthen construction processes as the company continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience building luxury, custom, high-end, or estate homes.
• Strong ground-up residential construction knowledge — site work, foundations, framing, building envelope, mechanical systems, interior finishes, and closeout.
• Experience personally leading complex residential builds rather than managing solely from an office.
• Strong client-facing experience with sophisticated, detail-oriented homeowners.
• Ability to coordinate architects, designers, engineers, vendors, and multiple trades.
• High standards for craftsmanship, accountability, communication, and follow-through.
• Someone looking for a long-term opportunity, not simply the next project.
