Restaurant Floor Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in upscale casual dining or hospitality management
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing service teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Restaurant Floor Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily front-of-house service operations for seamless execution
• Lead, coach, and motivate the service team to deliver elevated hospitality standards
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business
• Monitor service quality, floor efficiency, and guest feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business objectives and growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies while optimizing staffing and schedules
