Warehouse Inventory Manager

Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of inventory control or inventory management experience in food, beverage, or consumer goods manufacturing or distribution
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing inventory or warehouse staff
- Strong hands-on experience with cycle counting, scanners, and warehouse management systems
- Sophisticated ERP and inventory systems background; NetSuite strongly preferred
- Flexibility to work variable hours and weekends based on business needs
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and resolve inventory discrepancies in real time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally, especially with remote accounting teams
Preferred Background & Skills
- Deep experience in shelf-stable food or beverage manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of drive-in racking environments and warehouse scanning processes
- Track record of improving inventory processes and leading teams through change
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own inventory accuracy across a multi-location operation
- Lead daily, weekly, and cycle count programs by working directly with product and staff on the floor
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies at the source, ensuring timely corrections
- Partner closely with the accounting team to support accurate financial reporting and inventory adjustments
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of inventory and warehouse support staff
- Establish and maintain clear, actionable reporting on inventory levels and movements across all facilities
