Tool and Die Technician Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience working with dies
- Experience using a lathe, surface grinder, and milling machines
Tool and Die Technician Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Remove and install production dies as assigned, ensuring minimal downtime
- Maintain and repair production tooling by replacing and grinding worn tools
- Utilize lathes, surface grinders, and milling machines to keep dies in optimal condition
