Senior Personal Lines Account Manager Benefits & Compensation

• $80,000–$90,000 base salary
• 35-hour workweek

Senior Personal Lines Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Active New York Property & Casualty license required
• Minimum of three years of Personal Lines insurance experience
• Experience quoting and servicing business across multiple carriers
• Applied Epic experience required
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and client-service abilities

Senior Personal Lines Account Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Service middle-market Home, Auto, and Umbrella accounts
• Quote and market new and renewal business
• Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and other service requests
• Review client coverage needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Maintain accurate client and policy information within Applied Epic
• Work with multiple carriers to identify appropriate coverage and pricing
• Identify cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal team members
