Are you looking to join a growing upscale premium restaurant team with opportunities for personal growth? We are seeking an Upscale General Manager to join our talented team! You will be responsible for providing every guest with an exceptional dining experience.
Upscale Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Daily Operations for the front of the house with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Take responsibility for all daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, delegating tasks, supervising service, and strong floor presence
- Work closely with the team to ensure guests have extraordinary experiences
- Strong Leader – Needs to be able to uphold standards with the team and implement systems
- Cost control in all areas
- Problem Solver – Effectively leads the team, positively and proactive to handle challenges and solve issues that may arise
Upscale Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Strong Sense of Premium Culture – needs to be able to implement systems and create a structure
- Experience – 3 or more years of relevant experience with upscale premium
- Have a passion for great food and great service
- Passionate about the Industry with an ownership mentality, managing staff while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Experience with Volume of at least $4 million in annual sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must bring positive, high energy to the room and bring great ideas
