Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and coach a high-performing team
- Strong mentoring, teaching, and motivational abilities to inspire your team
- A competitive spirit with a passion for excellence in culinary arts
- A love for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences
- 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in scratch kitchens
Sous Chef Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a supportive and productive team environment
- Support Executive Chef
- Uphold superior food and service standards while ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols
- Manage operational tasks, including ordering, inventory, budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and scheduling
- Collaborate with Culinary Leadership and the Events Manager to help plan and support menus and execute special events
