Stone Mountain, GA | Food Manufacturing | $80,000 to $85,000 DOE | Full-Time
Shift Available
- 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Join a Growing Food Manufacturer
We're seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems on the production floor, and driving operational excellence.
You'll be responsible for leading hourly production teams while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop hourly production associates.
- Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
- Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Human Resources to support daily operations.
- Train new employees and reinforce operational standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.
- Help create a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience leading hourly production teams.
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and manufacturing operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Positive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. ERP experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
