We're partnering with an award-winning polished casual restaurant group to identify an exceptional General Manager for one of its premier restaurants.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys developing people, building high-performing management teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving outstanding financial results. You'll lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations while partnering with the Executive Chef to create an outstanding culture focused on hospitality, operational excellence, and long-term success.

Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000–$95,000 base salary
- Profit-sharing bonus with earning potential of $25K–$30K+ annually, paid every 4 weeks

What You'll Do
- Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
- Recruit, hire, coach, mentor, and develop salaried managers and hourly team members.
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction while maintaining Firebirds' hospitality standards.
- Oversee food, beverage, labor, and controllable costs to maximize restaurant profitability.
- Manage the restaurant's full profit and loss performance and operating budget.
- Oversee liquor, beer, and wine inventory, ordering, beverage cost control, and responsible alcohol service.
- Build schedules, maintain staffing levels, and develop future leaders.
- Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen and dining room operations.
- Create a positive, accountable, people-first culture focused on operational excellence.
- Lead the restaurant as Manager on Duty while maintaining exceptional standards in every area of the business.
What We're Looking For
- Two or more years of successful General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong P&L management experience with ownership of food, beverage, labor, and controllable costs.
- Experience managing liquor, beer, and wine inventory, ordering, and beverage cost control.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing management teams.
- Experience leading both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Strong background working within corporate restaurant systems.
- Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression.
- Experience in restaurants generating approximately $4 million or more in annual sales preferred.
- Polished casual, upscale casual, or high-volume full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
