Restaurant Manager / Assistant General Manager – High-Volume Restaurant
Location: Overland Park, KS
Salary Range: $55,000–$60,000 (Based on Experience)
We’re working with a well-known, high-volume casual dining brand in the Overland Park area that is looking to add a strong Restaurant Manager / Assistant General Manager to their leadership team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow with a stable, nationally recognized concept.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations
- Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house execution
- Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members
- Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
- Assist with managing labor, food costs, and overall profitability
- Ensure smooth, efficient shifts in a high-volume environment
- Support recruiting, training, and team development initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in high-volume casual dining preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong operational and financial understanding
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
