Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements and Qualifications

• Lead and coach multiple General Managers.
• Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Manage P&Ls, labor, food and beverage costs, and overall profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams.
• Ensure consistency in service, hospitality, and operational standards.
• Support company growth and new restaurant initiatives.

Restaurant Director of Operations Preferred Background and Skills

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Proven success leading upscale, full-service restaurants.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls and budgets.
• Passion for developing leaders and building winning cultures.
• Hands-on, energetic leadership style with excellent communication skills.
