Executive Chef – Senior Living Community

Cleveland, OH

Are you a passionate culinary leader who believes every meal should be an exceptional dining experience? We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for a premier senior living community in Cleveland.

Responsibilities

• Lead all kitchen operations, food production, and culinary team development.
• Create seasonal, restaurant-quality menus that meet resident preferences and nutritional needs.
• Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety.
• Oversee catering, special events, and community celebrations.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on hospitality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience.
• MUST HAVE SENIOR LIVING EXPERIENCE!!!
• Background in senior living, healthcare, hotels, country clubs, or upscale/high-volume restaurants.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, inventory, and food cost management skills.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
• Comprehensive Medical (HMO/PPO) with employee contributions of 20% or less
