General Manager Benefits & Compensation

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of upscale or fine dining experience
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Stable job tenure (no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years)
- Experience overseeing sales of at least $5 million
- Familiarity with Toast POS is preferred
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- First-hand knowledge of French Quarter clientele and the unique aspects of this hospitality market
- Strong team leadership and ability to foster a positive, effective work environment
- Experience in high-volume, upscale establishments
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support staff to ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations for an upscale dining restaurant with significant annual sales
- Cultivate a team-focused atmosphere aligned with core values: self-care, teamwork, and guest care
- Schedule and manage labor using industry-leading tools
- Collaborate with ownership and culinary leaders to execute an outstanding dining experience
- Ensure smooth operational flow, even during high-volume periods characteristic of the French Quarter
