We are seeking a passionate, driven, and hands-on Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at an exclusive, members-only dining club in Manhattan. This role is ideal for a proven culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is committed to excellence, consistency, and hospitality at every level of service. The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations, lead and develop the kitchen team, manage multiple dining outlets and events, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, organization, cleanliness, and execution.

Executive Chef – Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of Executive Chef experience in a high-volume, luxury restaurant, hotel, resort, private club, or similarly complex hospitality environment
• Experience leading multi-outlet culinary operations
• Experience managing high-end dining, private events, and large-scale functions
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop large culinary teams
• Strong operational skills including labor, food cost, purchasing, inventory, and systems development
• Ability to execute refined cuisine while maintaining consistency at high volume
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Background & Skills

• Luxury hotel, resort, private club, or members-only hospitality experience
• Experience with sushi, omakase, Japanese cuisine, raw bar, or other specialty culinary programs
• Experience managing VIP clientele, special events, and culinary activations
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for mentorship and team development
• Ability to balance creativity, hospitality, and operational excellence
