Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support while processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails professionally.
- Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and shipment requests.
- Provide order updates and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with light shipping and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management software preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
