Kitchen Manager Responsibilities
- 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food safety, inventory management, scheduling, and labor controls
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop back-of-house team members
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in executing a Scratch Kitchen
Kitchen Manager Qualifications
- Experience in casual dining or sports bar restaurant concepts
- Track record of improving kitchen efficiency, food quality, and cost performance
- Strong understanding of food cost, waste reduction, and operational execution
- Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to consistency, accountability, and team development
