Restaurant / Floor Manager | Premier Fine Dining Restaurant | Savannah, GA
Salary: $60,000–$65,000
Are you a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We're partnering with one of Savannah's premier upscale dining destinations to find an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join a highly respected management team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a high-volume restaurant where exceptional service, teamwork, and hospitality are the foundation of every guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Coach, mentor, and develop service, bartending, host, and support teams.
- Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication between the front and back of house.
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
- Help drive sales while maintaining labor efficiency and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or Assistant General Manager experience.
- Experience in upscale casual or fine dining restaurants preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest recovery skills.
- Proven ability to lead high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for coaching and developing team members.
- Stable work history with progressive career growth.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000–$65,000 base salary
- 10 days PTO after 90 days
- 5 paid sick days
