Sous Chef – Premier Fine Dining Restaurant | Savannah, GA
Are you a passionate culinary leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're partnering with one of Savannah's premier fine dining restaurants to find a talented Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment and is committed to culinary excellence.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established, high-volume restaurant known for exceptional cuisine, outstanding hospitality, and a team-first culture.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Lead, coach, and develop a talented BOH team
- Ensure consistent execution of high-quality food and presentation standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, food cost, and waste control
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
- Oversee scheduling and labor management while driving operational efficiency
- Step into leadership responsibilities in the Executive Chef's absence
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
- Scratch kitchen experience required
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven success in high-volume operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Stable work history with progressive career growth
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000–$70,000 base salary
- 10 days PTO after 90 days
- 5 sick Days
