Are you a hands-on restaurant leader who thrives on building great teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong financial results? We're recruiting for a well-established, high-volume restaurant in the Ironton area seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who leads from the front, builds a positive culture, and has the operational expertise to step in and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on excellence in execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Create an outstanding guest experience by fostering a culture built on genuine hospitality.
  • Manage all financial aspects of the business, including P&L, food cost, labor cost, and controllable expenses.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Create schedules that balance exceptional service with labor efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and product planning.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily financial controls.
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, staffing, and operational reporting.
  • Lead by example, working alongside the team and supporting the operation wherever needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service, casual dining, BBQ, or other high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, labor control, food cost management, inventory, and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality—you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and developing people.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and capable of making sound operational decisions.

Compensation

  • $55,000–$70,000 base salary
  • Performance-based bonus program
