If you've built your reputation by leading from the production floor—not from behind a desk—this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're partnering with a long-established manufacturer that designs and builds custom heavy-duty transportation equipment used across construction, energy, military, and specialized hauling industries. Every product is built with craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork—and they're looking for a Production Supervisor who shares that same mindset.

This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing an experienced union welding team. You'll spend your day solving problems, supporting your employees, coordinating production, and helping ensure quality equipment leaves the plant on time. If you're the type of leader who earns respect by rolling up your sleeves, coaching your team, and keeping production moving, you'll fit right in.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 25-30 union welding associates
  • Execute daily production schedules while balancing manpower, workflow, and delivery commitments
  • Promote a culture centered around safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork
  • Interpret fabrication blueprints and support layout and fit-up activities

  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Plant Leadership to continuously improve production performance
  • Monitor productivity, labor utilization, quality, and throughput
  • Enforce company policies, union work rules, and OSHA safety standards
  • Participate in production planning and leadership meetings
  • Help develop future leaders through coaching and mentoring

Production Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of MIG and Fluxcore welding processes
